Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer the following shipping methods (availability may vary by destination):
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Actual delivery times depend on the shipping address, carrier, and chosen shipping method.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally. For international orders, additional customs charges, duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Restrictions

5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Nuvena Peptides is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery by the carrier. Claims for damaged or missing packages must be filed with the carrier.
